From there, the mission was simple: find the legendary boot-shaped nugget and scan it for a shot at winning a pair of Chicken McNuggets-styled Uggs, named "Nuggies". Their property compliance management systems have been revolutionising the real estate industry for over 15 years. During those 15 years of innovation and constant change to their original services, the old brand language and online presence had become outdated and fragmented. The original brief for this project was to have a look at the user experience and visual direction of their main point of the contact; the website. However, during this exciting process, the brief was extended to also have a look at the outdated corporate identity and how this could translate into other touch points, both customer and business facing.
