Detector Inspector






Detector Inspector is one of Australia’s original testing and maintenance suppliers for smoke alarms, gas appliances, essential services, and more. Their property compliance management systems have been revolutionising the real estate industry for over 15 years.



During those 15 years of innovation and constant change to their original services, the old brand language and online presence had become outdated and fragmented. The original brief for this project was to have a look at the user experience and visual direction of their main point of the contact; the website. However, during this exciting process, the brief was extended to also have a look at the outdated corporate identity and how this could translate into other touch points, both customer and business facing. All by applying a highly efficient and collaborative process to minimise cost and time.






As part of this first launch of the new brand, we introduced a new brand mark, visual language for print, a new technician vehicle fleet and apparel, and updated design for their online presence to increase communication and upgraded sense of trust for businesses and tenants.
